About Manu Prabackar
Born in Bermuda, Manusri moved to the Cayman Islands when she was 3. She has been a high achiever academically and been a part of various youth organisations like Junior Achievement, Key Club, Youth Parliament, Cayman Youth Assembly, and Girl Power just to name a few.
Manusri has done summer internships at various organisations in Cayman for the last 4 years in administrative roles and is currently pursuing a law degree at The University of Liverpool (Cayman Islands Law School). She aims to be a litigator one day.
Outside of work and school, Manusri is passionate about preserving the environment, and at 19 years old, she has started her business ‘Eco Eats’ and is bringing edible cutlery into the Cayman Islands in an effort to combat the use of single-use plastic.
Manusri enjoys spending time with her friends, working out, meditating, and participating in community service.
