It takes a willingness to hear, what potential buyers, seek, and, use relevant marketing strategies, to attract the best offers! How one proceeds, often, determines, whether the process, and transaction period, is truly, humane, and, achieves the homeowners objectives, needs, and personal priorities!
2. Optimize; offers; offering price; organize; original; options: During any scenario, it is wise, to consider, the approaches, which have the best chance, to optimize results! Fully discuss, with the agent, you hire, the best offering, and/ or, listing price, during these times, and, how it might impact, the potential offers, you will receive!
