Choose someone who provides quality, personal service, and identifies the strengths, to emphasize, in marketing and selling your home! Your agent must serve you, and make the process, as understandable, and easy, as possible!
2. Options; opportunities; organized; optimize: Knowing your options, and taking advantage of the best opportunities, in an organized, prepared manner, generally, will optimize your results!
3. Listen; learn; leading: If you want the best results, carefully interview, before hiring! Does the potential agent, effectively listen, or try to dominate conversation (Is the sound of his own voice, his favorite thing?)? Will you work together, with quality, teamwork, and learn, each of your responsibilities, in order to get what you hope for? Does he have the self – confidence, and personal strength of character, to be leading you, and telling you, what you need to know, rather than what you want to hear (TM)?
4. Delve deeply; discover; deliver: Instead of hiring someone who adds unnecessary stress and tension/ hassle to an already, often – stressful period, hire someone who will delve deeply into the options and possibilities, and proceed, in a positive, can – do, manner! You need an agent, who will discover, the best approach for your specific property, and, always, under – promise, and over – deliver!
